Space, it is my passion. Everything about space inspires me because the one thing we can’t escape is space. We are space, we take up space and sometimes people we don’t particularly care for get way too into our space. Everywhere we look and move we are in space. We continually walk in space, eat in space, sleep in space, work in space, do commerce in space, countries fight over space; space is infinite. I’m obsessed with space.

What is Real Estate? Space. We continually buy, sell, rent, invest, work, play, vacation in our own or someone else’s space. When we buy space we remake it into our own taste. We deconstruct/construct and decorate, and after a few years we reinvent the same space all over again. When we invest in property we revamp it to maximize our return on investment. When we start a business we create the image of the space we want to portray to our clients and the public. When we go on vacation we pay for a space we think we will enjoy.

Don’t be confused between space and land. I was born and raised in New York City and space is definitely different than land. I was always amazed when looking up at the buildings and was fascinated with how much space could be built on such a small parcel of land. While working in Corporate I have been in many high rises and I would automatically go to the windows and just be astonished at all the used up vertical space. Eventually I came to realize I longed for horizontal vs. vertical space and found just that while on a visit to Maine. I was impressed at the amount of open space; absolutely beautiful space. This was the reason for my move to Maine. I wanted more open space. So, I sold my spaces in NYC and purchased spaces in Maine. I even have a little bit of space in Greece. My business, personally and professionally, is space.

Why do people enjoy using me as their REALTOR? Because my passion for space transcends. I really enjoy showing and selling space because of the look people get when they find their perfect space. For me it isn’t pushing any property on a client, it isn’t going to be my space, it is the excitement they feel and display when the precise space is found. It might take some time to find or sell the perfect space, but for myself the client being happy with the choice of space chosen and the ease in which I made the transaction possible is the ultimate reward. Everything else is secondary.
